Rental Terms

​

• An Equipment Rental Agreement is required to be signed with every rental. Damage liability is not limited to the rental and delivery amount. Please read the Equipment Rental Agreement for more details.

• Rental fees and delivery fees are for the use of the equipment and delivery of the equipment. Those fees do not cover fuel used, cleaning of the equipment, and damages other than standard wear.

​

• Rental fees and delivery fees are required to be paid prior to or with delivery of equipment (POD).

​

• The equipment must be returned full of fuel. You will be charged if it is not returned with the tank full.

​

• A $20 cleaning fee will be charged if the equipment is returned with mud in the tracks.

​

• If damages, other than standard wear, do occur you will be charged for the repairs due to the negligence and/or abuse.

​

• In the event that something does go wrong with your rental please contact us so assistance can be provided.

​

Hour Limits:

Daily: 8 hours per day

Weekly: 40 hours per week

Monthly: 140 hours per month

Extra Hours will be charged if you exceed the hour limit for the rental
